gen-z-s-main-career-aspiration-is-to-be-an-influencer

Gen-Z's Main Career Aspiration is to be an Influencer

In today's world, it seems that your hard-earned skills, academic achievements, and accolades don't automatically translate across borders. You're back to square one, trying to impress with your resume. Yet, having a hefty social media following is, for better or worse, universally recognized currency.

It's now a fact that your skills, education, or merits have no global equivalence. You have to start from ground zero to convince everyone with your CV.

However, having 30K+ followers on Instagram, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform can earn you money, help you network, and provide more opportunities in any country. Social media influence has become a global currency. 😠😢

Without specific merits, being an influencer has a universal cash-in value. And you don't even have to say anything else. Just state your follower count.
